Project Brief
Being a grade 2 listed property, our Mayfair Project had the additional complication of also being undertaken during covid. Our wonderful client wanted to transform a typical London townhouse into joyful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.
Originally the house was being designed as a rental property, but our client wanted to live in the house, and brought us onboard just as building work had started. As a result we needed to work fast to get our clients brief into the design whilst also not holding up the build program.

Our Involvement
Initially we worked closely with the architect to ensure that our Interior Design was incorporated into the build program. But once we had worked on the drawings, with the architect, so that the contractor could crack on, we moved onto the interior decoration and transforming the house from a rental property into a home.
We carried out a full Interior Decoration service over the 18 months.
