This fabric is not inherently flame-retardant. Where fire performance is required, the buyer/installer must arrange compliant treatment and certification before use; the finished item’s compliance is their responsibility (your maker can advise).

Typical cases

• Commercial use: determined by the property’s Fire Risk Assessment; installer to certify compliance.
• Domestic curtains: no treatment required.
• Domestic upholstery: when used untreated, use a Schedule 3 FR interliner.
• Domestic scatter cushions: no treatment required.
