Trade Terms & Conditions

1. Trade Relationship

Our trade programme is intended for professional interior designers, decorators and architects who are actively engaged in client work and who seek an ongoing, collaborative relationship with our studio.

By applying for and maintaining a trade account, the applicant confirms that they are practising within the design profession, working on current or forthcoming projects, and wishing to establish a long-term professional relationship with us.

Trade status is granted at our discretion and may be reviewed, suspended or withdrawn where we reasonably believe these conditions are no longer met, or where the nature of the account no longer aligns with the purpose and values of our trade programme.

2. Use of Trade Pricing

Trade pricing is offered to support specification for client projects and is not intended for personal purchasing or third-party resale.

Products purchased under a trade account must not be:

  • Resold online or via marketplaces
  • Publicly discounted below recommended retail pricing
  • Represented as held in stock for onward retail sale

We ask our trade partners to uphold pricing integrity to protect trust across the design community.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are considered confirmed once acknowledged in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Goods are supplied on a pro-forma basis for new accounts
  • Orders are not on reserve unless otherwise stated.

Title to goods remains with us until payment is received in full.

4. Lead Times & Availability

Many of our products are produced in small batches or to order.
Any lead times provided are estimates and, while we make every effort to meet them, cannot be guaranteed.

We cannot accept liability for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of made-to-order and cut materials:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Or

  • Delivered lengths have been cut.
  • Returns, where agreed, may be subject to a restocking charge

We strongly recommend that all quantities, colours and specifications are carefully checked prior to ordering. CFA’s are available on request.

6. Suitability & Installation

Responsibility for confirming suitability of materials, quantities and installation methods rests with the designer, decorator or contractor.

We are always happy to provide guidance, but final specification decisions remain with the professional overseeing the project.

7. Samples

Samples are provided to support active project work and remain our property unless otherwise stated.
We may limit sample quantities at our discretion to ensure availability for current projects.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork and product imagery remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect the evolving needs of our studio and our trade partners.
The most recent version will always be available upon request.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We are deeply grateful for the trust our trade partners place in us and look forward to continued collaboration in creating thoughtful, lasting interiors.
